BATON ROUGE – U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA) raised another $1 million across his reelection, leadership, and joint fundraising committees in the fourth quarter of 2024, bringing his campaign cash-on-hand to over $6.5 million.
“This week, we swore in a new president and got straight to work securing the border, unleashing American energy, and confirming the president’s nominees. The people of Louisiana want someone who will fight for them as I have in the Senate,” said Dr. Cassidy. “I am grateful for the financial support Louisianans have shown me. I’m ready to get to work over the next four years.”
Cassidy’s cash-on-hand rose from $5.8 million at the end of Q3.
Background
Throughout the 2024 election cycle, Cassidy also raised over $2.2 million for Republican Senate candidates to help Republicans take back the Senate.
In November, Cassidy announced the list of Cassidy for Senate Finance Committee Members ahead of the 2026 election cycle. The committee includes many of Cassidy’s top donors from the past year.
